- Order and Receive the portrait by mail within 1-2 days: you can make revisions or confirm.
- If you have ordered the physical print, the confirmation via email is enough to receive it within 6-7 days directly to your home

- Make sure your photos are sharp and in focus to capture every detail of your pet
- Only use original photos of your pet, avoiding screenshots or low-quality photos. This way we will guarantee a perfect custom portrait for you!

Once the artwork has been completed, we will send you a digital photo of the portrait for your approval. If you are satisfied with the final result and have ordered a physical print, we will send you the portrait in a printed format, depending on your preference.
You can choose to have your portrait printed on high quality canvas, poster, fine art paper or other materials, so you can proudly display it in your home or office. Alternatively, if you prefer a digital option, we'll send you a high-resolution copy of the portrait that you can use as your desktop wallpaper, social media avatar, or send to your friends and family.
